When we check in your pet, we will
complete a live animal checklist. We
will be confirming that the pet has been
offered food and water within four hours
of check-in.
On the checklist we must also give
feeding and watering instructions for a
24-hour period.
If in-transit feeding is necessary,
we will provide food.
